Using SAP to manage the order entry, release, billing, delivery, MIGO and shipment.
Provide front line customer interface through phone/e-mail/web-site
Generating quotes, sales orders, shipment information and custom forms.
Handle Local Purchase with on-time management to facility installation & sign-off.
Manage shipping/transportation to customers maintaining optimal costs.
Preparation of relevant documents for system imported (invoices, packing lists, BL, damage certificate, etc.)
Ensures compliance with corporate policies and government regulations as required.
Assist with export control under both Chinese & US Customs rules;
Review the contract and negotiate the contract terms directly with customer or customer assigned Import/Export company.
Help customer prepare the request document of Custom for Tax Exemption application.
Regular contact with I&E company and manage the revenue execution plan.
Review LOC draft, LOC amendment, LOC terms & clause and negotiate with IE company and customer.
Revenue plan by managing the paper clearance timing and make accurate forecast.
Track LOC/TE status, coordinate with BU for shipping date adjustment to avoid penalty and achieve revenue target.
Work with sales, finance & customer for payment collection.
Dealing with China Custom if issues happened during custom clearance.
Process PR/PO for bidding deposit organizing, invoice collection, deposit return.
Apply the special payment terms and summarize the possible risk level for the special situation.
