Sales Activation Representative

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems in the territory assigned.
  • Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.
  • Implement the Demo Plots Plan, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.
  • Document in the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed in the sales activation plan.
  • Train the distributors sales reps about Bayer portfolio and systems, brand positioning and guidelines, value selling, etc.
  • Responsible to control and follow-up the Bayer and distributors investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.
  • Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors’ main activities, etc.
  • Document all interactions/relationships cooperants growers (Growers where we establish Demo-Plots and/or provide their field to do events with other growers) through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agroeconomy or related.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in sales or crop management is required.
  • Very Strong managing Power Point and Excel.
  • Office knowledge.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • English desired.
  • Key Competences: Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Account Planning, Digital Tools.
