We’re a global healthcare leader trusted by millions and committed to helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. We’re investing in more clinics, better systems and smarter, more connected ways to help our customers. As we continue to expand our services and invest in innovation, you’ll help create a healthcare system that meets people where they are, responds to what they need and leaves them better than before.

Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility.

Just imagine the impact you could make.

The purpose of this job

The Sales Activation Coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end go-to-market activations across Corporate Partnerships, including client and partner events, merchandise programs, print materials, and tender-related activity. This role helps ensure Bupa shows up consistently and professionally across all external engagements, while also coordinating the rollout of product updates and mandatory communications to market.

This role also focuses on improving how we work by streamlining systems and processes across OBT, ConneXions, and CRM, and by managing vendors, resourcing, and the development of high-quality sales tools and materials.

It works closely with the Strategy and GTM teams to support budget tracking, invoice management, and general operational coordination. Acting as a central connector across the business, the role brings together Corporate Partnerships, CPMs, Sales, Marketing, GTM, DOH, Retail, vendors, and external partners to keep programs running smoothly.

It’s a fast-paced role that suits someone who is organized, practical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while keeping delivery on track.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Administrative experience
  • Marketing and Sales experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • High ability to produce content in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confidence in liaising with people at all levels with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong customer-centric focus

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Lead the national activation program, covering logistics, readiness, consultant allocation, risk management, customer experience, merchandise, and overall operational quality.
  • Provide input into the design of the national activation strategy, including supporting frameworks and capability uplift.
  • Manage end-to-end planning, including national resourcing, resolving bottlenecks, handling overbooked dates, coordinating schedules, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Own the strategy and performance of Activations, driving uplift, improving systems, maintaining data integrity, and guiding stakeholders.
  • Oversee approvals, invoicing, financial controls, spend tracking, and manage cancellation risks to keep programs on budget and on track.
  • Lead improvements across key systems (OBT, ConneXions, CRM), including process design, automation, and ongoing efficiency improvements.

Why you’ll love it?

We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.

If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s shape the future of healthcare, together.

At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued. We are continuing to build teams that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Bupa is committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering a workplace and environment that is free of discrimination, bullying and harassment.

We actively encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ applicants.

We are dedicated to removing barriers to participation. If you need any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, or if you’d like to discuss how this role can be flexible for you, please let us know so we can support your participation on an equitable basis.
