Sales Account specialist RCB（Contractor）

Guangzhou

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support on client projects and provide commercial support to the RCB account team
• Handle client queries on projects and resolve commercial issues as they arise
• Contribute to the project development process and ensure full client satisfaction
• Use internal databases and software to manage projects
• Manage all client documentation and sampling related to submissions or sales
• Interface with client to provide elements necessary to the project teams. Follow up and manage receivables from clients

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• Team player, strong networking skills, ability to get things done across different cultures
• Numeracy and analytical skills with strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, xl, ppt)
