We are looking for a Sales & Account Representative in Vancouver. The role is a development-focused sales position with a strong logistics component. The Sales & Account Coordinator supports the overall sales team in managing finished good customer accounts and coordinating the movement of finished goods via truck, rail and vessel. The position provides exposure to customer account management, sales processes, and international trade, while building hands-on experience in coordinating shipments, documentation, and transaction execution.
Annual Salary: $60K - $75K annual salary

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Account Support
• Coordinate company sales for WCRL finished good sales to customers or trading partners
• Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Assist with finished goods supply chain including purchasing, customer inquiries, order coordination and sales contracts, sales completion and customer credit and collection
• Track shipments and support invoicing and payment processes
• Monitor finished good inventory levels
• Support contract preparation, pricing updates, and order tracking
• Maintain customer and sales records in company ERP system
• Assist with sales reports and presentations
• Maintain pricing sheets and internal tracking tools
• Support sales manager with new project proposals, business development and product marketing
• Liaise with Division Production Managers on quality control, customer specifications and delivery / shipping schedules
• Attend industry events and visit clients as required by Director of Sales
Logistics & Logistics Coordination
• Work with Finished Goods Logistics Team to coordinate movement of finished goods via truck, rail, container, or vessel
• Prepare shipping and export documentation (bills of lading, certificates, permits, etc.)
• Support customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations
• Coordinate with freight providers, terminals, and external partners
• Actively research and become well informed of new or revised customs laws and import / export regulations and industry related issues
General Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Stay informed of industry and regulatory requirements
• Provide backup support to team members as needed
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Logistics, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, logistics, or coordination role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
• Demonstrate understanding of sales and/or trade logistics processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License an asset
