Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

As a Sales Account Orchestrator, you will play a critical role within the Country or Vertical Software Sales organization, driving sustainable SaaS, subscription, and enterprise software revenue growth across strategic Named Accounts and selected high-potential New Logo opportunities within the Industrial Machinery sector.

You will lead complex, high-value sales pursuits, coordinating internal specialists and external partners to develop account strategies, accelerate pipeline conversion, and deliver consistent Annual Recurring Revenue against assigned targets.

A core requirement of this role is the ability to engage customers directly and credibly at executive level. Whether an opportunity is pursued directly, through a partner, or jointly, you will maintain clear visibility of the customer’s business priorities, key stakeholders, decision-making process, and expected outcomes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate executive presence, strong business acumen, commercial judgment, and disciplined sales execution. You will be comfortable operating in complex and changing environments, identifying practical routes forward and adapting the sales approach to customer needs, partner capabilities, competitive dynamics, and project conditions.

In alignment with the country and industry sales strategy, you will design and execute value-based, multi-channel sales plans while maintaining strong pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and commercial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and pipeline development across assigned Named Accounts and high-potential prospects, with a focus on subscription and enterprise solution sales.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification and qualification through negotiation, closure, and expansion.
  • Orchestrate a multi-disciplined, matrix team including presales, services, and partner resources to complete account strategies efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, including stakeholder mapping, executive alignment, driven positioning, and growth initiatives.
  • Engage expertly in executive-level conversations (C-suite, VP, Director levels), articulating business value, transformation outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Adapt value propositions to different buying personas and industry challenges, demonstrating deep understanding of customer business drivers.
  • Handle sales governance, contract negotiations, pricing, and deal approval processes in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain high levels of sales subject area, including accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise software or solutions sales experience, including major or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, digital engineering, or industrial software solutions.
  • Experience working with customers in the industrial machinery, equipment manufacturing, or related engineering sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent sales execution and operational field, including forecasting accuracy, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and develop effective approaches for complex customer and business challenges.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. A qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering would be an added advantage.
