Our Sales Account Managers are provided a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential and full benefits! This growth opportunity will be based out of a home office and must be located within the Midwest.

What you'll do:

• As a Sales Account Manager Personal Care, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added flavors portfolio to world-class customers.
• You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability to manage and grow your business. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!

You will bring…

• BS Degree required in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Successful B2B selling experience that reflects high productivity of measurable results.
• A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts and are savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
• An ability to navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
• The drive and passion to win!

• About Sensient Personal Care and Specialties Market (PCSM)
• Sensient Personal Care and Specialties Market (PCSM) develops, produces, and markets ingredients and high-quality colors for the personal care and cosmetics industry, as well as Specialty Colors for use in household and industrial cleaners, specialist coatings and agriculture product applications.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.

• SPONSORSHIP: Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the USA without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
• RELOCATION: We are unable to offer relocation assistance. The successful candidate will be expected to work in the Midwest and must reside close to a major airport.
