This is a fixed-term, 2 years contract.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies
Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
Drive sales of our premium products and tailor-made solutions
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
Ensure seamless collaboration between customers and internal teams
Own your sales targets and profitability goals
Monitor market and competitor trends and translate insights into action
Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions
Maintain high-quality CRM data in Salesforce
Your profile
Strong commercial mindset and 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in food & beverage
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — or vocational training in food craftsmanship
Fluent German and confident English communication
Solid MS Office skills; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong project and stakeholder management abilities
Valid driver’s license
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and energized by a can‑do attitude
