
Sales Account Manager in the Midlands - Gym Design + Commercial Equipment
£35-45k (experience dependant - you must be experienced in fitness equipment sales for higher end) plus strong OTE and car allowance or company car

As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a motivated and proactive professional with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales. An ideal candidate for this role is already working in a fitness supplier sales role and has solid knowledge within fitness equipment.
In this exciting role you will be:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial gyms, corporate wellness, and public sector to name a few
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations
Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and services
About you:
You must have at least 2 years+ experience in a field sales management role within fitness. Fitness/ general gym equipment sales background will be highly favoured as part of the application process and is where we are ideally looking for a candidate from
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently
Solid understanding of fitness equipment and industry trends
This role requires regular travel so you must be flexible there and have a full UK drivers license
