The Sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with retailers into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual objectives. You will work with P&G experts to develop the right business strategies aimed at delivering sustainable competitive advantage of our products. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see results of your work.

Your responsibilities may include

  • Establishing a strong in-store presence of our brands within a defined geographic territory

  • Leading negotiations with clients on assortment expansion, product layout, and sales strategies

  • Analyzing sales dynamics and business indicators to develop actionable recommendations

  • Conducting regular reviews of results and implementing long-term plans with clients

  • Achieving sales goals and providing recommendations to category managers and multifunctional teams

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in Krasnodar (or you should be ready to move to Krasnodar with the company's support)

  • Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)

  • Leadership skills, sense of ownership, willingness to learn

  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel and relocate throughout your career

  • Relevant work experience is not mandatory but would be considered a competitive advantage

  • Valid driving licenses would be considered an advantage

  • Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
