This role is
purely focused on managing and growing existing and dormant client accounts
. You’ll play a key role in driving business success through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling — not cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing and inactive clients

• 
  Identify growth opportunities and promote additional services

• 
  Conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions

  Prepare strategic plans for account growth and client success

  Hit monthly revenue and retention targets

Requirements

• 
  At least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience

  A background in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or HR-related services

  A track record in client retention and upselling

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• 
  A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness

• 
  Fluency in English (verbal and written)
