Your Impact
As a Sales Account Manager, Care, you will play a vital role in cultivating productive and mutually beneficial relationships with customers in a specific territory across the care market. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s success by helping the company to meet its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop long-term, productive relationships with current customers by understanding their business needs and seeking to address their challenges.
Ensure that the customer views the Company as a trusted partner and problem-solver enabling business retention and growth.
Leverage market knowledge to seek opportunities for new business development.  Identify unmet needs, prioritize opportunities and partner within the organization to support growth opportunities.
Establish (and follow) a rigorous process for following up on new leads, pursuing new lines of inquiry, etc.
Understand personal care market trends and competitive environment in our market segments.
Provide market and customer feedback to all internal stakeholders.
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years of experience in bench formulation, commercial experience in specialty chemical industry and sales
Demonstrated expertise in the personal care industry
Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation and raw materials
Excellent selling and persuasion skills
A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Location: Remote
Travel: Frequently to customers, tradeshows, and industry events
