• This is a 50+ year old roof and floor truss fabricator servicing commercial and residential customers

What The Position is About:

• Call on multi-family construction clients to secure opportunities to bid the company’s trusses
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Coordinate and deliver quotes and regularly follow up and close sales
• Communicate regularly with customers to lead communications with other internal teams and coordinate all post sale needs to include but not limited to engineering requirements, RFIs, deliveries, post delivery concerns, repairs, future work
• Visit customers, jobsites, and potential customers on a regular basis
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
  

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience within the building materials and construction industry
• Experience selling in the multi-family construction segment
• Truss experience
• The ability to do take offs and understand blueprints
• Experience with Mitek systems is a plus
