We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our KSA team and help grow strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue across our technology and digital transformation portfolio.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong understanding of technology and digital transformation, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and markets.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customers’ business challenges and translate them into relevant technology and digital transformation solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling customer solutions and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers.
• Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling across Master Works' service portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, industry events, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the company's CRM.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and work closely with delivery teams to support successful project execution.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise technology sales or account management, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling technology, digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, AI, software, cybersecurity, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Experience managing large and strategic accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Existing network and relationships within the Saudi enterprise market are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi business and technology landscape.
