
About the role
Reporting to the Country Manager, Vietnam, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and commercial execution for the Nobel Biocare portfolio while leading channel partner management across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. You will work closely with distributors, key customers, and internal stakeholders to accelerate customer acquisition, expand market presence, strengthen channel capabilities, and deliver sustainable business growth across the Indochina region
What You’ll Do
Drive sales revenue, volume, profitability, and market share growth for Nobel Biocare solutions across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
Develop and execute territory growth plans to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, key customers, and dental professionals.
Identify and convert competitive opportunities through proactive prospecting, customer engagement, and consultative selling.
Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close sales opportunities.
Lead channel partner performance, capability development, and sales execution to achieve business objectives.
Ensure timely preparation and management of quotations, sales orders, forecasts, sales reports, and after-sales support activities.
Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams to execute commercial and market development strategies.
Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
Represent Nobel Biocare at industry events, exhibitions, training programs, and professionalmeetings to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influential stakeholders to drive adoption and market expansion.
Stay current on Nobel Biocare products, implant technologies, clinical evidence, market trends, and competitive activities to effectively support customers and channel partners.
Contribute to a high-performance team culture by sharing best practices, supportin colleagues, and driving collaboration across the organization.
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business or related discipline.
Min 7 years of relevant direct and channel selling experience in implant industry.
Min 5 years of sales/channel selling experience
Great to have experiences in implant industry or adjacent industries such as dental or medical consumables
Proven track record of sales success
Good knowledge and experience with segmentation, positioning, product marketing, branding, marketing communications, digital marketing will be added advantage
Language Skills: Fluent English - oral and written.
Travel: In-country, high (60%).
