We are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive who challenges conventional thinking, creates opportunities where others see obstacles, and drives profitable growth through customer transformation. This is not an order-taking or relationship-maintenance role. We are looking for a commercial leader who can teach customers something new about their business, challenge existing assumptions, and position innovative solutions that create measurable competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate combines strategic curiosity, commercial discipline, and the confidence to engage executive stakeholders in meaningful business conversations. They are energised by uncovering unmet customer needs, shaping demand, and leading customers toward solutions they may not yet realise they require.
This individual must be comfortable travelling (50% of the time) and operating in ambiguity, challenging internal and external stakeholders, and driving change within complex organisations. Success will come from the ability to create demand, influence decision-making, and accelerate adoption of advanced materials and technologies across key growth markets
