Responsible for managing and growing large strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors through consultative selling of chemistry solutions and related products to B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in pharma and biopharma accounts.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage complex sales cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data integrity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achieve Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Increase account penetration
• Maintain customer satisfaction score >90%.
• Ensure pipeline coverage of at least 3x target.
• Drive cross-selling and portfolio adoption across accounts.

Travel Requirements:
• Up to 80% travel required (covering entire Gujarat and some parts of Madhya Pradesh) for customer visits, field engagement, and industry events.
• Ability to work independently while traveling and manage time effectively.
• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience managing large accounts in pharma/biopharma industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry solutions and life sciences applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience with consultative approach
