Job Description

responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships with key customers in assigned accounts. This role develops and executes account strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and positions onsemi as a trusted partner by aligning customer needs with innovative semiconductor solutions.

1. Develop and execute business development strategies and operational plans for Tier 1 automotive customers, in collaboration with product lines and cross-functional teams.
2. Lead account and regional planning efforts by leveraging customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and strategic relationships with customers and distributors.
3. Drive Design-Wins and Design-Ins for both existing and new product families, generating demand within Tier 1 automotive accounts.
4. Grow revenue and expand onsemi’s product content at Tier 1 customers by aligning with their platform requirements in sensing and power applications.
5. Experience with high-power electronics, EV traction systems, power semiconductors and zonal system.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful account and regional strategies.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Experience with high-power electronics, EV traction systems, or power semiconductors.
6. Strong experience in managing key automotive customers (experience with top global tier1 is preferred).
