Job Description

Key Responsabilities:

Drive Revenue and Market Growth

· Deliver on annual sales targets for DBS and associated services

· Develop and execute a focused growth strategy for Brazil

· Build and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline to support short and long term revenue objectives

Customer Engagement and Account Leadership

· Serve as NOV’s DBS primary commercial contact for key accounts, establishing trusted, long term relationships

· Engage with customer stakeholders across drilling, completions, reservoir and technology teams

· Identify customer challenges and align NOV solutions to improve drilling performance, efficiency, and data quality

Opportunity Management and Execution

· Lead the full sales process from opportunity identification through contract award

· Work closely with engineering, operations, and product line teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions

· Ensure clear communication, timely follow up, and disciplined execution throughout the sales cycle

Commercial Discipline

· Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting

· Support pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability

· Contribute to contract negotiations with a focus on risk management and value delivery

Requisites:

Minimum:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience

· Strong experience in oil & gas sales, account management or drilling related roles

· Experience working with big players within the Brazilian offshore market

· Solid understanding of drilling operations; experience with digital drilling and downhole technologies is an advantage
