We are looking for an exceptional and passionate Sales Manager to join our Global Sales team in Europe.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in Germany and neighboring countries, with a strong focus on the military sector.

In this position, you will:

  • Build, develop, and grow the company’s business in the assigned territories
  • Generate and execute strategic sales opportunities while achieving the assigned quota, with a focus on military and defense organizations
  • Maintain a healthy and sustainable pipeline with consistent growth
  • Lead sales activities for innovative and complex solutions in the telecommunications, cyber, intelligence, and military domains
  • Map customers’ existing applications and technologies, proactively identifying operational gaps and mission-critical opportunities
  • Take full responsibility for all account activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Create and manage a tactical sales and target plan for each partner—driving results and cost-efficiency

Requirements

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • A true hunter mindset with over 5 years of experience in selling strategic solutions to military and government organizations
  • An existing network within German military organizations (a strong advantage)
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new domains and concepts, with a proactive attitude to continuously update your knowledge
  • Native-level German and fluent English, with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate and operate in a new content environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 50% of the time)
  • An endlessly curious mind, passionate and dedicated, with strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a matrix environment
