Job Description


  • Develop and manage existing and new customers.

  • Direct sales policies, objectives and initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media


  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.

  • Recommend product or service enhancement to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

  • Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities.

  • Work closely with large, strategic and prospective customers to respond to their proposals and RFPs.

  • Engaging with consultants during tender specifications preparation stages.

  • Preparing the technical proposals based on the designs, layouts, technical specs & BOQ's.

  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department and vendors.


Requirements


  • Bacholer degree is Comouter engineering.

  • 4+ years of experience in the same title.

  • Ability to capture raw requirements
    and convert them into specifications

  • Knowledge in dealing with large, complex
    organizations.

  • Basic Skills for the promotion of
    positive inter-departmental and customer relations.

  • Understanding of sales
    performance metrics.

  • Excellent organizational
    and multitasking skills.
