We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.


Job Description:


The Sales Account Manager at WiselyWise will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions, building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities:


  1. Manage a Portfolio of Accounts:


  • Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned client accounts.


  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.


  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.


  • Develop Positive Relationships with Clients:


    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.


    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.


    • Act as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within WiselyWise.


  • Resolve Conflicts and Provide Solutions:


    • Address client concerns, issues, and conflicts in a prompt and effective manner.


    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.


    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.


    Requirements


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


    • Minimum 5 Years of Hands-On Sales Experience


    • MUST have Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


    • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyse data to drive decision-making.


    • Proficiency in CRM software and the Google/Zoho/Microsoft Office suite.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Must-Have Requirements:


    • Candidates are required to have a laptop and a stable internet connection.


    • Proficiency in both English and Tamil languages is essential.
