Qorvo is building a dedicated growth focused sales team to diversify its customer base. As part of this initiative Qorvo is seeking a results-driven and energetic Growth Expansion Manager (GEM) to join our Americas sales team. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth from non-Core and emerging accounts, developing new customers and applications, and building the pipeline that fuels future Core accounts.
The role is focused on uncovering new opportunities, attacking new growth vectors and systematically expanding Qorvo’s footprint across the long tail of customers. The GEM operates across a broad territory and customer base, leads sales execution directly, through sales reps, business units and channel partners. Success is by measured by region’s growth, with specific focus on new customers, opportunities and development of tomorrow’s Core accounts, not just maintaining an existing base business.
The role requires speed of action, hunger to win and grow, complete ownership mentality, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, complete ownership mentality exceptional sales discipline and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
This is a remote role that can be based in CA, WA, OR, or CO.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $156,800- $203,900, relevant for the California Bay Area (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
