Job Description

Create new opportunities with customers and new forecasting with the new customers and existing customers.

Follow up with the customers after the sales and service.

Solve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Follow-up and review of customer accounts

Follow-up and review of employee contracts of employment

Follow-up and renewal of the employee contracts ' residency

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand job description and skills and competencies required for openings.
