Job Description
The Auto Sales Account Jr. Officer is tasked with building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with car dealers and agents, particularly in the used car market.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain relationships with dealers and agents while conducting market analysis for auto loans in the assigned area.
- Propose and implement marketing initiatives to boost market share and increase sales.
- Conduct sales calls and establish consistent communication with dealers and agents.
- Refer direct clients and manage the acquisition and pre-assessment of auto loan applications.
- Provide updates to dealers and agents, ensure timely client payments, and address concerns efficiently.
This role is responsible in meeting sales targets by:
- Showcasing auto loan offerings to car dealers, agents, and individual clients.
- Negotiating deals with car dealers, agents, and direct clients.
- Collecting auto loan applications from car dealers, agents, and direct clients.
- Overseeing the processing of auto loan applications.
Qualifications:
- completed Bachelors Degree in any business course
- At least 4-5 year working experience in auto loan, preferably 2 years in sales account
- With a significant network in car dealership. Network with used car dealers is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
