At Factorial, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive - Upsell for the DACH market to help us take our company to the next level. This role isn’t just about sales - it’s about building trust, delivering value, and helping our clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland thrive with Factorial.

The Role - Close Deals & Drive Growth

  • Own and drive sales-qualified deals from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.

  • Lead high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.

  • Apply consultative selling and creative strategies to exceed sales quotas.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for your clients.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Client Relationship Management

  • Own and nurture existing client relationships in the German-speaking market to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing guidance, support, and tailored solutions.

Identify and Close Opportunities

  • Spot cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Drive opportunities to closure while ensuring clients get maximum value.

Consultative Product Expertise

  • Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor for Factorial’s solutions in the German market

  • Guide clients through tailored implementations that meet their unique needs.

Collaboration & Sales Innovation

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Executives to create innovative sales strategies.

  • Share creative selling techniques to boost team performance and achieve sales targets.

Your Profile - You’re a Sales Closer & Go-Getter

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.

  • Hunter Mentality: Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.

  • Results-Driven: Highly motivated with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a proven track record.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in contract negotiation, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company.

  • Strong communicator, able to empathize quickly and build trust.

  • Proactive and innovative, always bringing new ideas to the table.

  • Full ownership and accountability for your activities.

  • Native level of German and experience in the German-speaking market

Bonus Points

  • Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience.

  • Spanish skills
