Responsibilities๐
๐ Prospect new customers through cold-calling.
๐ Work with our Sales and Marketing team to analyze new opportunities.
๐ Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers as well as prospecting new ones that may present new business opportunities for haddock.
๐ Direct and close sales of potentially qualified leads, as well as provide an excellent customer experience.
๐ Understand the needs of the customer so that haddock is the key tool in their business.
๐ Be a reference figure for our customers in the sales and post-sales process.
๐ Feed and update the database of our CRM.
๐ Work closely with our Head of Sales and the rest of the sales team to meet the weekly and monthly KPIs.
Skills and Experience๐
๐ You have 2-3 years experience, especially in closing sales processes. Also previous experience in B2B and/or SaaS companies is highly recommended.
๐ You love restoration and restorers. It is a plus to have worked in restoration.
๐ You know how to use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
๐ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Thanks to AI, the platform needs a photo of the invoice or delivery note to digitize all their information.
