The Role & Team:

Infovista is seeking a unique individual with a rare combination of outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' business in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in a variety of areas and offer significant opportunity for reward and growth.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the development of sales in their target region, enhancing current client relationships, developing new businesses with prospective clients. In this role, the candidate will build on his/her background in network operations, service assurance and/or telecom technology to establish credibility with prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the customers in the given territory in order to sell InfoVista software solutions and related professional services (Network testing, RAN engineering and Service Assurance business lines)
  • The account director is expected to orchestrate the engagements towards the customer by aligning all internal stakeholders (technical, finance, mgmt., etc.,) to make close the deal successfully
  • The account director has e2e responsibility of the account level of satisfaction and manage all account aspects from presales to cash collection
  • Maintain and expand business within InfoVista key accounts in the given territory including but not limit maintenance renewal, upgrade services and incremental licenses
  • Develop new business and acquire new logos within the given territory
  • Gives full visibility on the business pipeline via SFDC and adhere to InfoVista forecasting rules
  • The account director must follow on the market dynamics and competition capabilities which helps him to develop some intelligence and sales strategies
  • Infovista is a portfolio company and despite the Service assurance focus, the account director will have to develop skill across the entire portfolio to maintain the flexibility and increase the value for the company
  • Work closely with the technical sales to prepare and present various studies for the customer to demonstrate the value of an InfoVista solutions, based on the customers’ needs.
  • Show the value of our product/software solutions, ROI, and develop the statement of work to mitigate the implementation of the solution

Profile

  • Experience (5+ years) in a multinational corporation with a significant record of successful account management.
  • 5+ years building and managing relationships with customers, including senior executives.
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions
