What this role is all about
As a Sales Acceleration Intern, you will support internal teams by helping ensure customer accounts and product setups are accurate, consistent, and ready for use. This role sits at the intersection of operations, sales support, and technical setup, giving you hands-on exposure to how commercial and onboarding processes work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders while learning core systems, processes, and tools that enable customer-facing teams to succeed.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in account activation and configuration activities to support successful customer onboarding.
  • Support setup tasks such as domain configuration, access setup, and data updates across internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and learn to apply account-level and product-level settings.
  • Support company initiatives by assisting with channel cost reviews, pricing considerations, and automated pricing updates.
  • Provide operational support through bulk updates, data maintenance, and workflow upkeep for customer-facing teams.
  • Help evaluate existing processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support partner and internal teams by creating new customer records and coordinating initial setup tasks.

What makes you a strong fit

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, and basic data manipulation.
  • Eager to learn technical systems, business processes, and documentation standards.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams, tracking tasks, and managing multiple small initiatives in parallel.
  • You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

Timeline

  • CV screening &Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
  • Start of internship program (July 6th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
  • End of the Internship program (January)
