About the Role

The objective of a Learning Delivery and Professional Development Consultant is to design and deliver impactful, advanced learning experiences that elevate the skills, knowledge, and performance of BPI AIA Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSEs), helping them navigate the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifications. By aligning training programs with business goals and industry best practices, the Learning Delivery and Professional Development Consultant will serve as a Sales Excellence Trainer and MDRT Lead that empowers individuals to master key competencies such as strategic selling, negotiation, and relationship management. Through collaboration with sales leadership, performance tracking, and personalized development plans, the Sales Excellence Trainer and MDRT Lead plays a critical role in driving sales excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the team remains competitive and adaptable in a dynamic market environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Design comprehensive training modules focused on advanced sales techniques, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management to support MDRT qualification goals.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance bancassurance sales executives' competencies and performance.
  • Develop metrics and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales performance, ensuring alignment with MDRT standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and MDRT requirements and incorporate relevant insights into training programs to keep the BPI AIA sales team competitive.
  • Work closely with BPI AIA sales team to identify skill gaps and training needs, ensuring training initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Create training materials, resources, and toolkits that support ongoing learning and development and are easily accessible to BSEs.
  • Inspire and motivate the BPI AIA sales team to pursue excellence and strive for MDRT qualification through recognition programs and goal-setting workshops.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery 2 methods, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums and support groups where BSEs can exchange ideas, challenges, and best practices related to achieving MDRT status.

Management & Implementation of Learning & Performance Development Strategies

  • Enhance the skills and performance of BPI AIA sales team, focusing on reaching the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifications.
  • Evaluate the current skill levels and knowledge gaps within the sales team to tailor the training content accordingly.
  • Develop targeted learning paths that integrate advanced sales techniques, industry knowledge, and role-specific skills.
  • Implement a mix of webinars, workshops, and hands-on simulations to provide engaging learning experiences.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the training programs and ensure alignment with MDRT goals.
  • Create channels for continuous feedback to adapt and improve training content dynamically based on participant input. People Development and Champion of Ways of Working Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support individuals in achieving their highest potential.
  • Establish mentorship opportunities that pair experienced leaders with emerging talent to cultivate growth and transfer knowledge. •
  • Encourage ongoing professional development through access to courses, certifications, and industry conferences.
  • Adapt agile methodologies to promote flexibility, innovation, and efficiency in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
  • Implement a system to acknowledge and celebrate achievements in both individual growth and contributions to the organization. •
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with personal and organizational goals.

Minimum Job Qualification:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree can be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a high-performing or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs, particularly for advanced sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools. - Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in sales and training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective presentation and facilitation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate high-performing sellers.
  • Experience in designing and executing training curricula and materials.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and tailor programs to fit those needs.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through data and feedback.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and improvements in training methods.
  • Proven skills in one-on-one coaching and mentorship, guiding sales professionals toward achieving their goals.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a learning-oriented culture.
  • Flexibility to adapt training methods to virtual, in-person, or hybrid modes as necessary.
  • Willingness to embrace change and continuously seek innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training tools.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage training programs effectively.
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams, driving them towards achieving excellence.
