As a strategic partner to a portfolio of franchised schools serving approximately 20,000 students and generating an average annual revenue of approximately £2,8 million, this Pedagogical Consultant plays a key role in driving academic excellence, student retention, and sustainable growth across the network.

Technical and Consultative Visits:
Conduct regular in-person and online consultations with franchise schools to ensure the effective implementation of the Wizard by Pearson methodology and to promote high academic performance.
Performance Analysis & Strategy Development:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio and design actionable strategies to improve student outcomes, retention rates, and overall school performance.
Training & Capacity Building:
Identify training needs and deliver impactful sessions for pedagogical coordinators and teachers, fostering continuous professional development and alignment with best practices.
Pedagogical Support & Problem Solving:
Provide hands-on support to schools in overcoming academic challenges, implementing innovative solutions, and adopting proven pedagogical practices.
Strategic Partnership with Franchisees:
Act as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of each unit through data-driven insights and collaborative planning.
Knowledge Multiplication:
Share expertise in academic management, talent development, and retention strategies, helping schools build strong, motivated teams and retain top talent.
Brand Engagement:
Represent the brand at key events, fostering community, visibility, and alignment with Wizard by Pearson’s values and goals.
Responsive Communication:
Manage and respond to franchisee needs through multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, etc.), ensuring timely and effective support.
