
Responsibilities
·Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, which includes over 250 users.
·Handle essential administrative functions such as user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, workflow management, and other routine tasks.
·Assist in training new users to enhance the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
·Manage the Salesforce.com data feed and other integrations.
·Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
·Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
·Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com, as well as on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
·Ability to build custom applications and objects, create formula fields, design workflows, establish custom views, and develop other content of moderate complexity.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent years’ experience
·Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator required
·Salesforce.com Administrator Preferred - (certifications in ADM201 and ADM211 are a plus)
·Service Cloud and Education certifications are preferred.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and communicate with both business and technical teams.
·Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
