Job Description

Voor één van onze klanten zoeken wij een Salarisadministrateur (junior/medior) in de regio Den Haag.

Profiel:

Met al jouw kennis en ervaring geef je je klanten inhoudelijk advies over alles waar ze tegenaan lopen in hun dagelijkse werk. Je helpt (internationale) klanten bij het nemen van de juiste beslissingen en werkt goed samen met de verschillende instanties en de interne afdelingen om te zorgen dat de processen en mutaties goed verlopen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat lonen, belastingen en andere afdrachten op tijd bij de juiste partijen aankomen;
  • Je stemt met Finance af hoe de werkkostenregeling goed ingericht wordt;
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van aanpassingen van belastingen, wetten en regels rondom salarisadministratie;
  • Je houdt alles goed bij door informatie over je klanten te verzamelen, controleren, verwerken en archiveren;
  • Je zet periodieke Nederlandse en/of buitenlandse loonadministraties op;
  • Je verwerkt mutaties, zoals veranderingen in loon of persoonsgegeven.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een opleiding PDL (bij voorkeur VPS) afgerond, of bent bereid om deze te volgen;
  • Je hebt eerder gewerkt met diverse software pakketten (zoals bijvoorbeeld AFAS, Nmbrs en Unit4);
  • Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring met het zelfstandig draaien van payrolls;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
