As a Salaried GP with us, you’ll deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care while working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team including Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Specialists and Clinical Admin Specialists. You’ll bring your GMC‑registered clinical expertise, strong communication skills and confidence with EMIS, T‑Quest and Pathlinks to provide safe, effective consultations - all within an environment designed to genuinely support your wellbeing. Add in protected learning time, wellbeing activities and social events and you’ll find a role that lets you deliver outstanding care - without sacrificing balance, enjoyment or professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high‑quality patient care supported by a diverse team including Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurses, Nurses, and IMGs.
  • Enjoying significantly reduced administrative burden thanks to strong back‑office support and streamlined workflows.
  • Benefiting from reduced on‑call duties, fewer home visits, significantly fewer minor illness appointments, and much lower repeat prescription workload.
  • Working alongside Lead GPs and group‑wide Clinical Leads committed to your development.
  • Participating in monthly protected learning time, clinical meetings, and shared best‑practice sessions.
  • Taking advantage of opportunities to become a GP trainer or step into leadership roles.
  • Using EMIS and digital clinical tools to support effective and efficient consultation processes.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Are a GMC‑registered GP with a licence to practise
  • Have an understanding of primary care clinical practice and GMC standards
  • Are familiar with EMIS and digital clinical tools.
  • Enjoy the energy and support of a strong multidisciplinary team with excellent camaraderie.
  • Value a workplace that invests in wellbeing — from art classes and self‑care activities to bake‑offs and ice‑cream van visits.
  • Are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care in an environment that actively reduces GP workload.
  • Appreciate robust support from HR, IT, data, and complaints teams so your focus stays on clinical work.
  • Are keen to grow — whether through mentorship, developing as a trainer, or stepping into leadership pathways.
  • Believe in collaborative, patient‑centred primary care and want to be part of a practice that feels like a family.
