Job Description

The Sakura Club Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and success of the Sakura Club, ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. This position oversees the daily operations of the club, leads and develops team members, and drives guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and oversee all daily operations of the Sakura Club, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience.
  • Deliver personalized and anticipatory service to guests, creating memorable experiences that reflect the luxury brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all team members demonstrate professionalism, product knowledge, and adherence to established service standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, respond promptly to guest concerns, and implement service recovery strategies as needed.

  • Maintain service excellence: Ensure all team members demonstrate professionalism, strong product knowledge, and consistent adherence to established service standards and procedures.
  • Drive guest satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, address concerns promptly, and implement effective service recovery strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
