Educational Qualification

• Must hold a recognized degree or diploma in the relevant field:
  • Nurses: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (with mental health experience for specialized roles).
  • Speech Language Pathologist: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Occupational Therapist: Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy.
  • Clinical Psychologist: Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • Clinical Social Worker: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work (with clinical mental health experience).
  • ABA Therapist: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant specialty.
• Mental health experience is mandatory for roles like Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse.

Language Proficiency

• Competency in English (Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory).
