Job Description

Main Responsibilities
1. Carry out documentation activities, including vessel documentation, customs documentation, reporting to the principal, preparation and issuance of Bills of Lading (B/L), manifests, and other vessel-related documents.

2. Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks related to all vessel berthing and cargo operations.

3. Maintain good relationships with port authorities by attending meetings and conducting visits to KSOP, Pelindo, and other relevant institutions, and actively participating in activities within the port area.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements

  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in Maritime, Logistics, Business Administration, or related.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in shipping (shipping agency experience would be beneficial), fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of vessel documentation, customs procedures, and cargo administration (including B/L, manifests, and related documents).
  • Good understanding of port regulations and stakeholder coordination (e.g., port authorities and associations).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office with good command of English.
  • Willing to be placed in the Samudera location of Panjang, Bandar Lampung.
