Job Family Group Description - Merchandising:
This Job Family Group includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel.

Job Family Description - Merchandising Planning:
Drives business performance through analysis of business KPIs. Forecasts merchandising measures at every level. Plans and conducts the open-to-buy process by country/region to maximize sales potential and minimize losses from mark downs and stock outs.

PROFILE

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Buying, Finance, or a related analytical function, preferably within the luxury or premium retail industry.
  • Experience working in an international and multi-channel retail environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), and business intelligence platforms.
  • Solid understanding of merchandise planning, forecasting, inventory management, and financial planning.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across functions.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven approach.

This position is available on a regular basis and is based in Paris.
