Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a SailPoint ISC Analyst in India.

In this role, you will support identity governance and access management operations within a modern, cloud-based security environment. You will contribute to the configuration, integration, and maintenance of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, helping ensure secure and efficient user access across enterprise systems. Working as part of a collaborative remote team, you will assist in identity lifecycle processes, access certifications, and provisioning activities that strengthen overall security and compliance posture. The position offers hands-on exposure to IAM tools, connectors, and enterprise integrations while developing your expertise in identity governance. You will also participate in troubleshooting, monitoring system health, and improving operational stability. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IAM professional eager to grow in a fast-paced cybersecurity and identity management domain.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) components to ensure stable and secure identity governance operations.
  • Assist in user provisioning, access certification campaigns, and identity lifecycle management processes across enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain connectors and integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications, directories, and SaaS platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot access and configuration issues, and support root-cause analysis for IAM-related incidents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, configurations, access policies, and system changes to ensure operational clarity.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to ensure alignment of identity governance processes with business requirements.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or security analyst roles, with exposure to SailPoint or similar platforms such as Okta or Azure AD.
    • Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts including provisioning, access control, and lifecycle management.
    • Familiarity with SaaS architectures, REST APIs, and data integration concepts.
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first team environment.
    • Exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ is preferred.
    • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Java) is an advantage.
    • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
