Requirements


Key Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues such as provisioning errors, workflow failures, and integration challenges.


  • Configure and manage identity lifecycle workflows, policies, and rules in SailPoint IIQ.


  • Support integration of IIQ with applications, systems, and directories via connectors/APIs.


  • Contribute to system patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.


  • Ensure compliance with security standards, assist with audits, and implement remediation measures.


  • Mentor junior (L1) analysts, develop advanced documentation, and conduct training sessions.


  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Technical Skills


  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, workflows, and connectors.


  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Java-based applications and analyzing logs.


  • Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP), databases (SQL), and scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell).


  • Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.


Soft Skills


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.


  • 3–5+ years of experience in IAM operations, including at least 1–2 years working with SailPoint IIQ.


Preferred Certifications


  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect.
