Requirements


Key Responsibilities

∙
Design, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions

∙
Onboard Applications to Sailpoint IdentityIQ

∙
Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and approvals in IIQ

∙
Integrate SailPoint IIQ with target applications, directories, and authentication systems

∙
Perform user provisioning, access certification, role management, and identity lifecycle

management

∙
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SailPoint workflows and integrations

∙
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

∙
Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution

∙
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to best practices

Required Skills

∙
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ

∙
Good understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, certification, RBAC, and

lifecycle management

∙
Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs

∙
Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and related identity

systems

∙
Experience with connectors, workflows, rules, and customizations in IIQ

∙
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

∙
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise IAM implementations

  • ​
    Exposure to cloud identity platforms and hybrid environments

  • ∙
    Experience with Agile delivery and production support

  • ∙
    SailPoint certification is a plus
