As a Senior Consultant
in the hybrid operate business, you are responsible for adhering to the defined
operating
procedures
and
guidelines
in
operating
the identity and access management
services
in
the
Managed
Services
model, which includes the following:
o
Administer and support SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
operations, governance processes, and daily service delivery activities,
including incident resolution, root cause analysis and defect remediation.
o
Manage joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes,
including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and
entitlement management.
o
Execute and support periodic access certification
campaigns, recertification activities, exception management, and certification
reporting.
o
Design, maintain, and optimize Role-Based Access
Control (RBAC) models, access roles, and entitlement structures.
o
Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows,
approval processes, policies, forms, and lifecycle events.
o
Support onboarding and integration of enterprise
applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ, including connector configuration,
testing, and troubleshooting.
o
Provide deployment support for non-prod and
production deployments, import files to the respective environments after the
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline is run.
o
Monitor and support identity lifecycle management
processes to ensure timely and compliant access provisioning.
o
Perform access reviews, entitlement analysis,
segregation of duties (SoD) assessments, and governance reporting activities.
o
Query databases to support ad hoc and custom
reporting requirements
o
Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents,
service requests, access issues, and workflow failures in accordance with
defined SLAs.
o
Support change management activities including
platform upgrades, enhancements, rule modifications, and release/deployment
activities.
o
Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure
teams, auditors, and security stakeholders to support compliance and
operational objectives.
o
Develop
operational dashboards, access governance reports, and process documentation to
improve service efficiency and visibility.
·
Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Identity and
Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
·
Hands-on experience administering and supporting
SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments.
·
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle
management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
·
Experience managing user provisioning,
deprovisioning, access requests, and entitlement administration.
·
Experience executing access certification and
recertification campaigns.
·
Strong knowledge of RBAC concepts, role engineering,
entitlement management, and segregation of duties.
·
Experience configuring SailPoint workflows,
policies, approvals, and lifecycle event management.
·
Experience onboarding applications and integrating
systems with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
·
Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra
ID, LDAP, and enterprise authentication ecosystems.
·
Experience supporting incident, service request,
problem, and change management processes.
·
Ability to analyze access issues, troubleshoot
complex IAM problems, and provide remediation recommendations.
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills with
the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
.
·
Must be willing to work 16x5 rotational shifts
·
Flexibility to support night, weekend, holiday, and
on-call schedules based on project needs.
Preferred:
·
Bachelor’s in computer science or other technical
fields.
·
SailPoint IdentityIQ certification preferred.
·
Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or
other regulated industry environments.
·
Knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, audit requirements, and
access governance compliance frameworks.
·
Experience supporting large-scale access
certification programs and governance initiatives.
·
Familiarity with ServiceNow-based IAM workflows and
ticket management processes.
·
Experience with application onboarding, connector
development, and IdentityIQ customization.
·
Understanding of CIAM, PAM, or broader Identity
Security ecosystems.
·
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM,
Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
·
Experience working in Managed Services environments
with defined SLAs, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational
governance processes.
