Job Description


As a SailPoint Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Configure, customize, and maintain SailPoint connectors, workflows, and rules to meet business and security requirements.

  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems and applications for automated provisioning and access governance.

  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for SailPoint components.

  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM solutions with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

  • Support lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC).

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of overall professional experience, including strong expertise in Identity and Access Management.

  • Proven hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and deployment.

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, access certification, password management, and policy enforcement.

  • Experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.

  • Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

You should possess the ability to:

  • Work independently to deliver IAM solutions end-to-end.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

  • Troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues in SailPoint environments.

  • Adapt to evolving security requirements and technological changes.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
