Main Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain all legal documents, agreements, and records.
2. Assist in the drafting, review, and administration of third-party agreements in compliance with policies in Samudera.
3. Support the handling and monitoring of internal and external legal claims.
4. Prepare legal analyses and draft legal opinions under supervision of Legal Dept. Head.
5. Help support coordination with Corporate Legal on legal matters, cases, or issues affecting the Company.
6. Help support communication and liaise with third parties to ensure contractual terms are properly documented and aligned.
7. Provide initial legal support for inquiries or summons from government authorities.
8. Assist in coordination with external legal counsel to support case resolution.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Requirements
1. S1/Bachelor's degree in Law.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a legal department, law firm, or corporate legal function.
3. Basic understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal documentation.
4. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and legal documents and proficiency in legal research and documentation.
5. Proven coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external parties.
6. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
7. Open to business trips and or relocation to other areas when needed.
