Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cross selling of Sahl Banking products and educating customers who have taken up a product on the features, including selling digital products.
  • Interview and recruit potential Sahl customers to contribute to the growth of Sahl Banking facilities portfolio.
  • Contribute to customer relationship management in order to enhance Sahl business growth through cross selling, revenue collection and cost management as well as drive customer education.
  • Create and open Sahl Account in T24 and update current customer new details when applicable.
  • Capture, Analyze, resolve and escalate Customers feedback/complaints within defined TAT in ECRM.
  • Minimization of exposures to and impact of risks associated with KYC, AML
  • Guide customers step-by-step on using Sahl products in digital channels and its features.
  • Help new users set up mobile banking, activate accounts, or complete registration processes.
  • Adherence to and application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools to achieve optimal efficiency compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain periodic reports (daily report, weekly and monthly report, Quarterly).

    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of Islamic banking Principles is an added value
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion and commitment to quality service.
  • Excellent Negotiations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
