Sage X3 ERP Systems Analyst

Job location: Remote

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Knowledge of the cannabis industry considered a strong asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in application support and system analysis.
• Extensive Experience with ERP (Sage X3).
• Strong understanding and experience with IT operational process and control frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
• Experience working in a publicly traded organization and working robust IT General Control frameworks.
• Experience working with an enterprise level ITSM (ServiceNow).

Reporting to the Manager, IT Supply Chain, the Sage X3 ERP Systems Analyst role is a critical position supporting key stakeholders in the design, implementation, and optimization of business and technical processes with a focus on Sage X3 and integrated systems. The role is responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of the application design, code and configuration, integrations, reporting and hosting infrastructure

Bonus points if you have…

• Hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP, particularly in modules related to Finance, Inventory Management, Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Ability to support and configure Sage X3 objects, manage master data, and troubleshoot functional or technical issues within Sage X3.
• Understanding of financial, sales, logistics and inventory integration within Sage X3 including journal entries, reconciliation processes, sales orders, deliveries, manufacturing and stock allocation.
