What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Safety & Sustainability Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening DuluxGroup’s safety and sustainability culture across the Wyong site and key NSW businesses. You will lead risk management initiatives that empower teams to make safe, sustainable decisions and drive operational excellence.

Working closely with site leaders and national S&S specialists, you will support improvement programs that enhance people capability, reduce high consequence risks and accelerate our long-term sustainability goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth minded environment where collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement are encouraged so everyone can run the business as if it were their own.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experienced Safety & Sustainability professional with a background in high consequence risk environments and strong technical understanding.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex information and influence stakeholders at multiple operational levels.
  • Skilled in risk analysis, incident investigation and delivery of improvement programs that strengthen safety culture.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage competing priorities across site based and regional responsibilities.
  • Collaborative team player who builds trust quickly and drives engagement to embed sustainable, long-term change.
