Temporary Warehouse Safety Specialist - 2nd shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Temporary Warehouse Safety & First Aid Attendant to support operations at a brand-new warehouse in Southaven, Mississippi. This individual will help promote a safe working environment and provide immediate assistance in the event of workplace injuries or medical emergencies. This would be an evening shift schedule.

The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, and comfortable responding calmly to emergency situations. Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start. Schedule would be a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial first aid and emergency assistance to warehouse employees as needed.
• Respond promptly to medical incidents and follow established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of CPR, First Aid, and AED protocols.
• Assist with the implementation and communication of workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor first aid supplies and ensure emergency equipment is accessible and properly maintained.
• Document incidents, injuries, and first aid responses in accordance with company procedures.
• Help identify and report potential workplace safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership regarding safety concerns and incidents.
• Support a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid, and/or AED certifications required.
• Previous experience in first aid, workplace safety, healthcare, emergency response, or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies.
• Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
