POSITION SUMMARY: The Safety, Risk, and Compliance Coordinator supports Behavioral Health Allies (BHA) in maintaining a safe, compliant, and risk-aware environment across all programs and service lines.
This role plays a key function in safety program implementation, incident review, internal investigations, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local requirements, including DMH, DSS, DESE, OSHA, and Medicaid standards.
The Coordinator partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and support audit readiness, contributing to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This position requires strong attention to detail, investigative thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority issues in a fast-paced and sometimes high-risk environment.
This role also supports the administration and oversight of the workers’ compensation program, including light duty coordination, and works closely with the Human Resources team and workers’ compensation carriers to ensure timely reporting, compliance, and employee support.

Starting Pay: Our compensation is competitive within the market. The starting rate for this position begins at $28.00 per hour with your final offer based on a combination of your education, relevant experience.
