As a Project Safety Professional, you will work at our Phoenix Fabrication Facility. In this field-based role, you will work directly with project management, field supervision, and craft employees to identify hazards, support safe work planning, and reinforce Harder’s safety expectations. Work schedule and hours: 5 days a week, 10 hours per day with a start time of 5:00 a.m. Potential for weekend work and additional required shift coverage based on project needs.
